What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders made Monday-Thursday typically ship within 24 hours, with custom orders possibly taking an extra day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched early the following week. Free shipping orders within the UK, customers can expect their items 2-3 working days after dispatch. International free shipping orders, customers can expect to receive their order 7-14 days after dispatch. Express Courier orders typically take 4-7 working days.

We offer worldwide shipping from the UK to all countries, with the exception of Russia.

Many of the services we utilise provide tracking, and this information will be sent to you automatically once the order has been collected. If you have any questions regarding tracking, kindly reach out via sales@xsightsport.com, and we will make every effort to keep you informed about the status of your tracking information.

Yes, we provide prescription solutions through an RX prescription insert. This is a frame that fits behind the main lens of the glasses.Β  Our RX inserts are the most cost-effective way to enjoy multiple lens colours. With just one prescription cost, you can effortlessly transfer the insert between different lenses. Please note, we don’t produce prescription lenses for the inserts or our shooting glasses. While we supply the frame, you’ll need to visit an optician to get the prescription lenses fitted. It’s a straightforward process. For detailed information on our prescription offerings, see here.

However, we understand that finding a nearby stockist might be challenging. In that case, please let us know and we’ll reach out to stores in your area to see if they would like to stock our glasses.

Throughout the year, we attend various shoots and shows, giving you the opportunity to try on our glasses in person. To see if we are visiting an event near you, click here.

In case you can’t find a stockist near you, you can always purchase directly from us. And if for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the date of your purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

UK Customers:
You handle return shipping. Refunds (minus original shipping) processed within 30 days.

International Customers:
You cover all return postage costs.

RX Insert Returns:
Only unfilled RX inserts are returnable.

We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects for X Sight Sport lenses, frames, and RX inserts. Other items excluded. Defects within warranty? We’ll repair or replace. Beyond that, we’re here to help.
