Thank you for shopping with X Sight Sport. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience with us. We understand and appreciate that sometimes there may be a reason that you need to return a product.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it to us unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.

UK Customers:

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The Consumer Contracts Regulations places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be adequately packaged and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. X Sight Sport will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order (excluding postage/shipping costs).

International Customers:

Please note that it will be your responsibility to cover postage costs both ways for any returned product from outside the UK.

RX insert returns:

The RX insert can be returned unfilled in line with the above general returns policy. However, if the RX insert has been filled with a prescription it is not possible to return this product.
