Ordering

When ordering directly through www.xsightsport.com please ensure all mandatory fields are completed to ensure a successful order. Payment can be made by Paypal, credit or debit card by quoting your card number, expiry date & 3 digit CVC number on back of card (for any reason please do not give card details by email as this is not secure). Should you experience any problems placing an order please email sales@xsightsportcom. Should we be notified of an issue with your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Delivery of Orders:

We use various couriers to deliver our orders. Dependant upon your location we will choose the best available option in terms of speed and price. We aim to turn around orders as quickly as we possibly can. During busy periods or during times when we are away enjoying a well earned rest this may be a bit slower than we normal like to achieve. In these circumstances we will always let you know via email or by publishing a message on our website. Of course if you need your order by a particular date, or if you’d prefer us to use an alternative courier/delivery service please let us know before placing your order, and we will do our utmost to meet this.

Dispatch Methods:

Whilst our preferred courier is Parcelforce for UK orders, we use various couriers for international deliveries. X Sight Sport reserves the right to send the purchase by what they think is the best method.  Delivery time-frames stated are indicative and not guaranteed and are outside the control of X Sight Sport. 

Should the buyer request an alternative courier/delivery service, X Sight Sport cannot be held responsible for the postage option that the buyer chooses. 

Our preferred delivery partners offer tracking, and tracking details will be provided automatically. Please email sales@xsightsport.com if you have a tracking related query, and we will do our best to inform you of the tracking status.

Title to Ownership of Goods:

Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately by contacting sales@xsightsport.com within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.

Postage Costs:

By purchasing through xsightsport.com, our online shop will automatically work out the postage cost for the majority of destinations. Where this is not the case and your delivery destination is not available please contact us by emailing sales@xsightsport.com and we always try to find the best shipping method for you taking into account, (i). Value for Money (ii). Reliability (iii). Availability of shipping options and (iv). Speed.

Pricing and Export Delivery Costs:

Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and are correct at the time of purchase.

VAT

We are not a VAT registered company. No VAT is applied to our products.

Tax & Import Duty

All prices quoted exclude any local taxes and/or import duty levied by the local authorities which are the responsibility of the buyer. X Sight Sport cannot be held responsible for any duties levied and it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand if any such duties will be applied prior to completing their order.

Guarantee

In addition to the buyer’s statutory rights, X Sight Sport guarantees all goods against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of delivery. 

Cancellations & Returns

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within five working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods to the seller. The buyer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund excluding return postage cost.

Goods to be returned must clearly include the buyer’s name and address and the original or copy invoice/delivery note number.

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Where goods are purchased via the internet, the buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the goods and receive a full refund by informing the seller in writing (for example by email) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. X Sight Sport operates a “no quibble” return policy and no reason for returning the goods needs to be provided. Goods must be returned at the buyer’s cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding any additional Special Delivery or International Delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 14 days after the day on which the Seller receives the goods back. This right to cancel does not apply where goods are made to the buyer’s specifications that is any time after the seller has started to customise any materials (including manufacturing any Goods) in accordance with the buyer’s personalised requirements.

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the seller for death or personal injury, however the seller shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the buyer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the goods.

X Sight Sport shall not be liable under any circumstances to the buyer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the buyer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

Accuracy Of Information:

We make every effort to ensure that information is correct including photographs, sizes, colours etc, however specifications, designs and colours may change due to updates and so may from time to time differ from images and information shown.
