Ordering

Payment can be made by Paypal, credit or debit card by quoting your card number, expiry date & 3 digit CVC number on the back of your card (do not, for any reason, give your card details by email as this is not secure). When ordering directly through xsightsport.com, please ensure all mandatory fields are completed to ensure a successful order. Should you experience any problems placing an order, please email sales@xsightsport.com. Should we be notified of an issue with your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Delivery of Orders:

We use various couriers to deliver our orders. Depending upon your location, we will choose the best available option in terms of speed and price. We aim to turn around orders as quickly as we possibly can. During busy periods or when we are away enjoying a well-earned rest, this may be a bit slower than we usually like to achieve. In these circumstances, we will always inform you via email or by publishing a message on our website. Of course, if you need your order by a particular date, or if you’d prefer us to use an alternative courier/delivery service, please let us know before placing your order, and we will do our utmost to meet this.

Dispatch Methods:

For the dispatch of sets to mainland UK we offer UPS or DHL Express, and for smaller items, items other than sets, and for destinations such as the Channel Islands, IOM and Highlands & Islands, we will use a service that offers the best value, reliability and service, this includes Royal Mail. We use various couriers for international deliveries, and X Sight Sport reserves the right to send the purchase by what they think is the best method. Delivery time-frames stated are indicative and not guaranteed and outside X Sight Sport’s control.

Should the buyer request an alternative courier/delivery service, X Sight Sport cannot be held responsible for the postage option that the buyer chooses.

Our preferred delivery partners offer tracking, and tracking details will be provided automatically. Please email sales@xsightsport.com if you have a tracking-related query, and we will do our best to inform you of the tracking status.

Title to Ownership of Goods:

Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us immediately by contacting sales@xsightsport.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to assist you.

Postage Costs:

By purchasing through xsightsport.com, our online shop will automatically calculate the postage cost for most destinations. Where this is not the case, and your delivery destination is unavailable, please get in touch with us by emailing sales@xsightsport.com, and we will try to find the best shipping method for you, taking into account (i). value for money (ii). reliability (iii). availability of shipping options, and (iv). speed.

Pricing:

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and are correct at the time of purchase.

From time to time, X Sight Sport Ltd run promotional offers including but not limited to, percentage discounts, BOGOF etc. Should an order be placed close to, or before a promotional offer is launched, X Sight Sport Ltd will not apply the discount/offer retrospectively to orders already placed or dispatched.

VAT

VAT applies to all purchases sent to a UK shipping address and will be itemised on your invoice.

Tax & Import Duty

For international orders, prices quoted exclude local taxes and import duties levied by local authorities; these are the buyers’ responsibility. X Sight Sport cannot be held responsible for any duties levied, and the buyer must understand if any such duties will be applied before completing their order.

Guarantee

In addition to the buyer’s statutory rights, X Sight Sport guarantees all goods against faulty workmanship and materials for six months from the delivery date. X Sight Sport retains the right to void the guarantee if a component has become defective due to negligence, accident, or misuse.

Cancellations & Returns

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within five working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract.

Where a defect or damage claim is made, the buyer is responsible for returning the goods to the seller. The buyer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund, excluding return postage costs.

Goods to be returned must include the buyer’s name and address and the original or copy invoice/delivery note number.

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Where goods are purchased via the internet, the buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the goods and receive a full refund by informing the Seller in writing (for example, by email to sales@xsightsport.com) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned at the buyer’s cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding any additional Special Delivery or International Delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 14 days after the day on which the Seller receives the goods back. This right to cancel does not apply where goods are made to the buyer’s specifications, that is, any time after the seller has started to customise any materials (including manufacturing any Goods) in accordance with the buyer’s personalised requirements.

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the seller’s liability for death or personal injury. However, the seller shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the goods.

X Sight Sport shall not be liable under any circumstances to the buyer, or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, pandemics, epidemics, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply. The party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

Accuracy Of Information:

We make every effort to ensure that information is correct, including photographs, sizes, colours etc. However, specifications, designs and colours may change due to updates and so may, from time to time, differ from the images and information shown.
