Returns Policy

AT X SIGHT SPORT WE UNDERSTAND THAT OCCASIONALLY ITEMS MAY NOT FIT OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND THAT’S PERFECTLY FINE! ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to return an item, kindly contact us before returning your items. This will help us expedite the return and refund process. To initiate a return, you can contact us via our help center, send an email to info@xsightsport.com, or call us at +44 (0) 345 512 0162.

Return Process and Requirements

Once you have contacted us and we have authorised your return, we will provide you with a return authorisation number. When returning the item(s), you must ensure they are securely packed and include the original proof of purchase, your name, address, and a telephone number and email address where you can be reached should we have any questions. The Sight Sport return authorisation number (RA) must be included with the items being returned. Goods being returned must be returned using a tracked service and be sure to insure your package. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items

Items being returned must be in a new and unused condition. While we understand that you may have tried them on, it’s important that they haven’t been used outdoors or show any signs of wear.

  • Please ensure there are no marks, scratches, or fingerprints on the glasses, lenses or packaging.
  • Please ensure lenses are packaged in the original protective sleeves provided if applicable.

We can only accept returns if the items are in their original state, exactly as received. This is crucial not only to maintain eligibility for resale but also to ensure that you receive your full refund.

Packaging and Inclusions

Please return items with the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories that were included with the original order. It’s essential to package the items appropriately for return – we recommend using a sturdy box and bubble wrap or a padded mailing bag to ensure the items are well-protected during transit. Maintaining the integrity of the packaging and inclusions, as well as ensuring the items are securely wrapped, is crucial for processing your return efficiently.

Responsibility for Returned Items

  • X SIGHT SPORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURN OF ITEMS.
  • X SIGHT SPORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT TO X SIGHT SPORT.
  • X SIGHT SPORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RETURNED ITEMS CAUSED DURING TRANSIT TO X SIGHT SPORT.
  • IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSURED FOR THE FULL PRODUCT VALUE.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Exclusions and Third-Party Purchases

X Sight Sport products purchased from other vendors, or third parties are not eligible for a return directly with X Sight Sport. If you have bought an X Sight Sport product from another vendor or third party, please contact your place of purchase.

Inspection

Upon receipt of the return, X Sight Sport will inspect the item(s) returned to ensure they have not been damaged and that all items have been returned.

Fee Details

Inspection, Cleaning & Restocking Fee: A £10.00 fee applies to all returns, covering the thorough inspection, cleaning, and restocking process. This includes meticulously inspecting and cleaning each item/lens, sanitising frames, replacing nose pads, cleaning the case, and renewing any packaging to ensure the product meets our high resale standards.

Missing Item & Damaged Product Fee: Additional fees will be charged for any item that is missing or damaged (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

Refund Process

Once the return has been inspected, we will refund the cost of the item(s) to the payment method used for the original purchase less the inspection & restocking fee, and any missing item or damaged product fee that has been levied. We aim to complete this within 3 business days of receipt of the returned items. Once the return has been completed and the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges

At X Sight Sport, we do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order. This ensures a faster turnaround for receiving your preferred item.

If you’re looking to exchange an item, we ask that you follow these steps:

  1. Purchase the New Item: Place an order for the new pair of sunglasses you’d like. This ensures that you receive your new item without delay.

  2. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process outlined in our policy to send back the original sunglasses. Remember, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included, just as you received it. Ensure to use a tracked shipping service and consider insuring your package, as outlined in our returns policy.

  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, ensuring it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the original purchase. This refund will be processed to the payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in our returns policy, including any applicable fees such as the inspection & restocking fee and any missing item or damaged product fee.

Please note, the returned item must adhere to our return conditions to qualify for a refund. This includes being in a new and unused condition, with no marks, scratches, or fingerprints, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
