Warranty Summary & Duration

In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a comprehensive warranty that covers the major components of our products. This warranty is our promise of quality and reliability, safeguarding against faulty workmanship and materials for six (2) months from the date of purchase.

Initiating a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim during the warranty period you must first obtain a return authorisation (RA) number from us. To receive this, please contact us by sending us a message through our help centre, or by sending us an email us to info@xsightsport.com or by calling us at +44 (0) 345 512 0162.

Warranty Claim Options

When a valid warranty claim is made, the buyer is entitled to either (i) a repair, (ii) replacement goods or (iii) a full refund if the items were ordered within 30 days of the claim (excluding return postage costs).

Return Requirements for Warranty Claims

For all warranty claims we require the buyer to return all the faulty item(s). When returning the product, the item(s) must be securely packed and include the original proof of purchase, your name, return address, and a telephone number and email address where you can be reached should we have any questions. The X Sight Sport return authorisation number (RA) must be included with the items being returned. Goods being returned must be returned using a tracked service and be sure to insure your package.

Responsibility for Returned Items

  • X SIGHT SPORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT TO X SIGHT SPORT LTD.
  • X SIGHT SPORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RETURNED ITEMS CAUSED DURING TRANSIT TO X SIGHT SPORT.
  • IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSURED FOR THE FULL PRODUCT VALUE.

Exclusions and Third-Party Purchases

X Sight Sport products purchased from other vendors, or third parties are not eligible for a warranty claim directly with X Sight Sport. If you have bought an X Sight Sport product from another vendor or third party, please contact your place of purchase. Some items may not qualify for a warranty claim.

Voiding of Warranty

X Sight Sport retains the right to void the warranty if a component has become defective or damaged due to negligence, accident, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental scratches on the lens
  • Damage caused by dropping
  • Dropping, crushing or improperly storing the sunglasses
  • Exposure to excessive heat or corrosive chemicals
  • Improper cleaning methods
  • Adjustments or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Exposure to salt water
  • Extreme pressure or stress
  • Contact with sharp objects
  • Exposure of non-specified products (lotions, hairsprays, perfumes, or other chemicals, etc)

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. We encourage our customers to handle their sunglasses with care and follow proper maintenance guidelines to ensure their longevity.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Purchases

Where goods are purchased via the internet, the buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the goods and receive a full refund by informing the Seller in writing (for example, by email to info@xsightsport.com) within 30 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned at the buyer’s cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of monies paid for the goods except for return postal charges and in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. We aim to complete refunds within 3 business days of receipt of the returned items. This right to cancel does not apply where goods are made to the buyer’s specifications, that is, any time after the seller has started to customise any materials (including manufacturing any Goods) in accordance with the buyer’s personalised requirements.
