To make a payment, you can use Paypal, credit or debit card. Please ensure that you quote your card number, expiry date, and the 3 digit CVC number provided at the back of your card. It is important not to give out your card details through email as it’s not secure. We have partnered with multiple courier services to provide efficient delivery of our orders. Our team carefully selects the most appropriate courier based on your location and ensures a balance between reliability, delivery speed and cost-effectiveness. Although we strive for speedy order processing, high demand or temporary downtime may cause delays that differ from our usual turnaround time. Don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated via email or website notification. If you have a specific delivery date in mind or want us to use another courier service, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We offer UPS or DHL Express for dispatching sets to mainland UK. For smaller items or destinations like the Channel Islands, IOM, and Highlands & Islands, we use the most reliable and cost-effective service, including Royal Mail. X Sight Sport uses various courier services for international deliveries, and we reserve the right to choose the best method of delivery. The delivery time-frames stated in our communication or website are indicative and not guaranteed as these are beyond our control. If the buyer prefers an alternative courier/delivery service, X Sight Sport cannot bear responsibility for the shipping or courier option chosen. Our delivery partners provide tracking, and we automatically provide tracking details. Please contact sales@xsightsport.com for tracking-related queries, and we will try our best to provide you with necessary information.
Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.
By purchasing through xsightsport.com, our online shop will automatically calculate the postage cost for most destinations. Where this is not the case, and your delivery destination is unavailable, please get in touch with us by emailing sales@xsightsport.com, and we will try to find the best shipping method for you, taking into account (i). value for money (ii). reliability (iii). availability of shipping options, and (iv). speed.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and are correct at the time of purchase.
From time to time, X Sight Sport Ltd run promotional offers including but not limited to, percentage discounts, BOGOF etc. Should an order be placed close to, or before a promotional offer is launched, X Sight Sport Ltd will not apply the discount/offer retrospectively to orders already placed or dispatched.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us immediately by contacting sales@xsightsport.com within 14 days of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
In addition to the buyer’s statutory rights, X Sight Sport guarantees all goods against faulty workmanship and materials for six months from the date of purchase. X Sight Sport retains the right to void the guarantee if a component has become defective due to negligence, accident, or misuse.
Where a defect or damage claim is made, the buyer is responsible for returning the goods to the seller. The buyer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund, excluding return postage costs.
Goods to be returned must be returned using a tracked service and include the buyer’s name and address and the original or copy invoice/delivery note number.
Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Where goods are purchased via the internet, the buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the goods and receive a full refund by informing the Seller in writing (for example, by email to sales@xsightsport.com) within 14 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned at the buyer’s cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding any additional Special Delivery or International Delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days after the day on which the Seller receives the goods back. This right to cancel does not apply where goods are made to the buyer’s specifications, that is, any time after the seller has started to customise any materials (including manufacturing any Goods) in accordance with the buyer’s personalised requirements.

VAT applies to all purchases sent to a UK shipping address and will be itemised on your invoice. No VAT is applied on orders shipped to countries outside of the UK.
Please note that for international orders, it is possible that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any charges that are applied to the shipment, and we highly recommend understanding these charges prior to placing an order. X Sight Sport cannot predict what these charges may be and is not responsibile for payment of the same. Any difficulties caused by customs or delivery services related to non-payment of these charges are outside of X Sight Sport’s control.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the seller’s liability for death or personal injury. However, the seller shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the goods.
X Sight Sport shall not be liable under any circumstances to the buyer, or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, pandemics, epidemics, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply. The party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
We make every effort to ensure that information is correct, including photographs, sizes, colours etc. However, specifications, designs and colours may change due to updates and so may, from time to time, differ from the images and information shown.
